Here are the steps to change the password of your cPanel and FTP via your Client Area.

1- Log in to your client areal interface at https://client.citeglobe.ca

2- Once identified and connected, go to the right section Services

3- Then click on Manage from the hosting you wish to consult.

4- In this section, in the right column, you move to the Actions menu.

5- The very first link is Change password.

5- In this new page, it will allow you to moify the password without knowing the old one.

6- Finally "Save changes"
