Change notifications of our billing.

Due to the new method of billing panel licenses per account instead of per server, we are making a change to our bill reminder notifications and closing and destroying non-payment hosting accounts.

Production of the invoice: 30 days before the product deadlines.

If unpaid invoice, a first reminder 7 days before the due date.

Reminders will be redone at 1, 3 and 5 days after the deadline.

On the seventh day after the expiration of the hosting, it will be destroyed from our servers.

So please make sure that your intention not to renew with CitéGlobe to have already all the files that make up your website, emails, database, etc. to allow you to rebuild everything with another host, if that's the case.
